The Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower... He sent from above, he took me, he drew me out of many waters. - Psalms 18: 2, 16

  • To all the dancers whom I have been found worthy to know, nurture and dance alongside...I love you with my whole heart and I thank you for trusting me.
  • To the parents (old and new) - I appreciate your commitment to the program and your faith in me. Its your efforts that helped sustain our continued success over the years.
  • To Reverend James E. McCoy, and to the current presiding Pastor Darren Mitchell of First A.M.E. Zion Church - may the Lord continue to richly bless you both on a personal level as well as corporately. Pastor Mitchell, thank you for acknowledging your appreciation for the work that God did  through our dance ministry classes in Brooklyn.
  • To Pastor, Dr. Roberta Moore, Asst. Pastor Lydia Blassingame, Rev. Medrina Lloyd, and the entire ministry of Victory Christian Ministries - Brooklyn and Hempstead, LI - thank you for rightly dividing the word of truth and the prayers and sacrifices made so that we may have understanding and strength in our Christian walk.
  • To my mother, Pearl Bigger, I honor your strength and faith. Thank you for obeying God's will in passing on His Word and Truth in Christ to your children and their children. Thank you for praying for me when I didn't know Him for myself. Thank you family, including my sisters, brothers, Ms. Ruby, Aunt Dolly, etc.
  • To my son Malik, we've come a long way baby and I'm looking forward to where we are going! Thanks Amena - love you!
  • To my daughter, Sukari your sweet yet strong spirit will take you as far as you can imagine, keep excelling in your education - let it be said that you walk with God! Continue to hear Christ and never doubt His Holy Spirit that directs you!
  • To Father Martin of Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church in Brooklyn, thanks for believing in me enough to graciously open up your doors to the dance program in our first year (1996). You will never be forgotten.
  • To Kerliene Johnson, my first dance instructor, bless you! You nurtured my talent with care, discipline, love and faith. I'll never forget our times in your Macdonough Street brownstone top floor dance studio where I learned confidence and creative strength. You are truly unique. Will never forget!
  • To my friends who have known "Cat" since "back in the day", I'm glad most of you know me now as I humbly follow Christ!
  • To my husband, "Shel" since 2005 the NY dancers could sense your loving heart for SoulFelt's ministry. It shows by your actions, public and behind the scenes. You've helped establish SoulFelt in MA and we really appreciate your continual prayers that cover the ministry. I love you!

  •  Thanks to everyone who supports us in prayer and deed!
